Our pay-as-you-go model involves a monthly fee based on the employee's salary, spreading the hiring risk over time.
Our one-time placement fee model involves an up-front fee based on the employee’s salary and bonus offer with no ongoing fees to Fortium.
In both cases, the employee remains a Fortium Partner with continuing access to Fortium’s research, methodologies, and fellow Partners at no additional charge.
